Lilian Valentine, a senior at Wawasee High School, credits the school’s professional career internship (PCI) program for helping her define her future career path.

Now in her second year, she works at her uncle’s NAPA Auto Parts store in North Webster, where she manages a variety of tasks, including customer service and store decoration.

She encourages her classmates to join the PCI program, believing it offers a supportive environment for developing workplace skills.
